Literally. You guys, this gluten free flour changed everything for me. When I first found out that I have Celiac Disease, I was a bit crushed. Ok, let’s be real, I was a lot crushed. It appeared that my future included no good bread, no cookies, no casseroles… I mean how depressing is that?!!
But after a few months, I discovered Pamela’s All Purpose Gluten Free Flour. Yep, this is the holy grail. I sub it out 1 for 1 in every recipe that calls for flour. And… voila, it tastes the same. Easy peasy.
