Why Use Animal Help Now Instead of Search Engines?

It is still widely practiced to relocate an animal when a wildlife conflict arises.  However, this practice is not actually humane and likely does not end in the animal frolicking in the fields like we may imagine.

There are a few reasons to use the Animal Help Now app rather than Google or other search engines in animal emergencies:

1. Relocating wildlife in an animal emergency is most likely a death sentence.  The animal is being placed in unfamiliar territory with no known sources for food, water, or shelter.  In addition, the animal has no clue what other animals are in this space and can likely be hunted or killed in a conflict with one of them.  Animal Help Now’s wildlife rehabilitators have been trained in humane solutions to wildlife conflict and animal emergencies.  Companies reached through search engines may still believe that relocating wildlife is acceptable.  Animal Help Now animal emergency app will give the animal the best chance of survival.

2. Animal Help Now was created by people who are a part of the wildlife rehabilitator community.  They know how to match cases with people who have the skills to help in specific types of animal emergencies.

3. Animal Help Now shows the wildlife rehabilitator’s availability in a 24/7 window.  You’ll know if the person will likely be available to help before you make the phone call.
